2008 Tariff
At the end of March we are closing for 4 weeks for some refurbishment work where we are altering 3 rooms into two. This means we are going from 5 letting bedrooms down to 3 and our Standard, Superior Doubles/kings/twin rooms will no longer be available.
Please find below information on our Deluxe Attic and our 2 new rooms.
At Briardene Guest House we prefer minimum 2 night stays
Bed & Breakfast accommodation, based on two adults sharing a double/twin en-suite room
Reduced rates available for 3 nights or more and also further discounts for 7/14 night stays - please note this does not apply to the Bank Holiday tariff.
We also include a complimentary bottle of red, white or rose wine for 3-night stays or more.

Double Rooms
- Deluxe Attic room with Victorian brass king-size bed, sitting area and en-suite bathroom & shower
- £40.00 per person per night for 2 night stay
- £37.50 per person per night for 3 & 4 night stays
- £35.00 per person per night for 5 & 6 night stays
- £32.50 per person per night for 7-night stays
- This room also includes a fridge, iron & ironing board, bathrobes & extra large towels/bathsheets.
- One of our new rooms will have a 4-poster bed together with a sitting area, flat screen TV/DVD, fridge, iron & iron board and also all the normal extras we provide together with a larger en-suite offering an enclosed jet-spray power/steam/shower pod.
- £50.00 per person per night for 2 night stay
- £47.50 per person per night for 3 & 4 night stays
- £45.00 per person per night for 5 & 6 night stays
- £42.50 per person per night for 7-night stays
- Our other new room will have a Victorian style brass king-size bed (similar to our Deluxe Attic). This will have a smaller sitting area with all the extras we have offering in the above new room together with a double size en-suite with an enclosed jet-spray power/steam/shower pod.

Please note Bank/Public Holidays, Valentines, Christmas and New Year is a minimum 3/4-night stay
Upon arrival all guests receive a front door key to 'come and go' at your leisure, but please note, so that everyone can enjoy a restful stay in our home we request no access to the building after 12.00 at night (apart from New Years Eve)
Sorry, we do not have the facilities to accept children under the age of 18.
